Delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days for most locations in India. Remote or rural areas may require additional time. While we strive to meet our timelines, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. MV Natural may offer free shipping on certain orders or promotional campaigns. Please review your order summary for accurate shipping costs before making payment.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your package in real time until it reaches your doorstep. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer support.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. MV Natural is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. In such cases, additional delivery attempts or fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged or is not received within the estimated timeframe, please notify us within 48 hours. We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our resolution policy.
8. International Shipping
